The origin of the coffee beans
Coffee farmer Ismael José de Andrade owns three farms in Brazil. He is increasingly focusing on sustainable coffee cultivation and organic farming. He also does a lot of research in the field of fermentation and presents new, outstanding microlots from Finca São Silvestre every year.
Country of origin: Brazil
Coffee farm: Finca São Silvestre
Coffee farmer: Ismael José de Andrade
Cultivation height: 1,200 m
Variety: Red Catuaí
About the taste
The Brazilian Red Catuaí are harvested ripe and then fermented aerobic. This means that fermentation takes place without oxygen. This ensures that fruity notes develop stronger and more intensely in the coffee bean and later develop a more complex cup profile.
Cup profile: The aerobic fermentation ensures that a chocolaty cup profile is created with intense fruity notes of dark berries.
What's so special about 25GRAMS?
We ensure that the original taste of the coffee is preserved through our unique brewing process. Whether chocolaty, floral or fruity - the taste of the coffee beans is preserved through our innovative brewing process, preserved and conveniently filled into glass bottles.
How long does our cold brew last?
Our cold brew has a durability of at least 14 months thanks to our gentle pasteurization process - our gentle brewing process has no influence on the original taste of the roasted coffee.
Can I get my own roasts as cold brew?
Of course - you send us your roasted coffee beans and we will create your cold brew for you! We would also be happy to label the bottles in your design if you provide us with the necessary information. You can find further information about this here in our B2B and white label area.
